I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel is located on top of a hill, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast spread was varied, offering both Indian and Continental options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, with the restaurant supervisor personally checking in with me every day. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Had a NYE stay, enjoyed the bonfire, but otherwise mediocre experience. The buffet had a decent variety of food, but the taste was forgettable. The hotel's location was nice, with a good view of the mountains. The rooms were spacious and clean, with fresh towels always on offer.
The staff was often unresponsive, and we had to remind them multiple times for basic requests like drinking water or arranging taxi services. The decor was outdated and the amenities were average for the price.

This hotel offers exclusive and luxurious amenities that made our stay comfortable and memorable. Polite and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and tasty food served on time added to our delight. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Indian and Continental options, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance.
The only minor issue we faced was with the roads leading to this hotel, which were not up to expectations. However, once we reached the hotel, we found the location peaceful and relaxing.
